About the Position:
Epic Special Education Staffing is looking for a Relationship Management Support Specialist who will provide operational and functional support for the Relationship Management department of a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

What You’ll Do:
Serve as a support partner for Relationship Managers by proactively monitoring and addressing issues related to timekeeping, attendance, and payroll accuracy.
Manage and maintain internal systems by reviewing, updating, and auditing data to support operational accuracy and compliance.
Support reporting functions by creating and maintaining recurring operational reports and dashboards, and identifying and escalating discrepancies or exceptions as needed.
Coordinate and manage communication workflows across platforms, including responding to and documenting updates from clinicians and clients in accordance with established processes.
Populate and maintain internal templates, forms, and documentation used in team processes, meetings, and projects.
Support process improvement efforts and special initiatives through audit activities, data reviews, and coordination with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams.
Act as a backup resource for the Clinician Experience team, serving as the primary point of contact for clinicians in the absence and providing assistance and issue resolution to ensure service continuity.
Assist in the training of new team members

One year of related experience or college degree.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
