Remote SDR (Sales Development Rep) – Outbound Cold Calling
About the Role:
We’re looking for high-energy, coachable SDRs to join our global team. You’ll be responsible for cold-calling potential clients on behalf of fast-growing software companies in the US.
This is a remote role with night shift hours, ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in tech sales.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to qualified leads
Book appointments with US-based decision makers
Utilise call scripts and frameworks provided during training
Use a CRM to track activity and progress
Work closely with our UK-based team
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken English
Sales experience (BPO or cold calling preferred)
Strong internet connection + quiet working environment + Able to use your own laptop
Willing to work night shifts (US time)
Coachable, reliable, and hungry to earn commission
What We Offer:
Base salary: $700/month
Performance-based commission: up to $500/month
Total OTE: $1,200/month

Important:
This role starts with a 4-week paid probation. Top 3 performers will be placed into active client pods. Others may be added to our standby team for future openings.
