Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive Assistant to support our Account Executive in driving sales efficiency and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day sales operations, client communications, and CRM upkeep to ensure the Account Executive stays focused on high-value interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Account Executive’s calendar, including scheduling, optimizing meetings and calls, resolving schedule conflicts, and ensuring timely follow-ups and attendance confirmations.
- Join meetings as needed to represent the Account Executive and maintain client engagement until they are available.
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, and clients (preferably in HubSpot)
- Track progress of deals in the sales pipeline and flag next steps or required actions
- Draft emails, follow-ups, and introductory messages on behalf of the Account Executive
- Respond promptly to client inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate internal contact
- Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) regarding bounced emails or lead information
- Handle administrative and support tasks to ensure the Account Executive operates efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or in an Executive Assistant role
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (preferably in HubSpot)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 35 Mbps)
