DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Innovates and improves products based on detailed client specifications.
- Evaluates and tests new or alternative raw materials, assesses potential suppliers, and verifies the quality of incoming goods.
- Creates new product specifications and executes preliminary lab-scale experiments.
- Executes diagnostic testing on products, addressing customer feedback regarding quality and confirming specification compliance.
- Collaborates with plant affiliates to ensure final product testing meets shipping standards.
- Designs and modifies procedural documentation to align with up-to-date methodologies.
- Designs and builds prototypes, documenting each experimental phase via photos and videos.
- Creates and revises product specifications and supporting technical records.
- Ensures all laboratory monitoring data and material inventories are accurately recorded.
- Manages instrument validation and oversees laboratory maintenance.
- Performs comprehensive laboratory testing and assesses the practical application of novel samples and raw materials.
- Delivers technical presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively showcasing the company's innovations at industry events and conferences.
- Offers technical expertise and support during initial client and supplier engagements.
- Researches high-potential functional ingredients driven by sales insights.
- Undertakes other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, and Chemical Engineering.
- Fosters innovation and creative learning.
- Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses computer literacy with MS Office Applications.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
