-Processing applications for new reservations or confirming changes to existing reservations.
-Coordinating with travel agencies to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and in accordance with the hotel policies.
-Interacting with guest to answer questions about rates, special offers, or other information related to their travel plans.
-Answering questions from guests about available rooms, special promotions, or other information regarding their booking.
-Reviewing and updating information in the hotel's reservation system.
-Preparing reports detailing sales activity or other relevant information related to reservations.
-Obtaining payment from guests for reservations made over the phone or online
-Maintaining customer records such as contact information, travel history and preferences.
REQUIREMENTS:
-graduate of HRM or Tourism
-1 to 2 years relative experience in a hotel, travel agency, online reservations
-excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
-computer literate and knowledge in hotel reservation system
