Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with booking and reservation inquiries
- Provide clear, up-to-date information on resort availability, services, and rates
- Process guest payments, including handling credit card transactions securely
- Update and manage the reservation system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support guests’ special requests and promptly resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Gather and relay guest feedback to help enhance our services
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed guest expectations
Work Schedule
- Graveyard shift
- Full-time position, 4 open slots available
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with a variety of guests
- Experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality booking and reservations (preferred but not required)
- Adept at problem-solving and remaining calm under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; reservation software experience is a plus
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for travel and outdoor activities is a plus
