About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Silid Restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and has a strong sense of hospitality and leadership.
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with ownership to bring our vision to life—ensuring every guest experience is warm, consistent, and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Hire, train, and manage front and back-of-house staff
- Lead with empathy, build a positive team culture, and maintain high morale
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and purchasing
- Monitor quality control for food, drinks, cleanliness, and customer service
- Assist in budget management, cost control, and meeting sales targets
- Implement systems for scheduling, reporting, and daily checklists
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and hospitable manner
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor laws, and health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with basic restaurant financials, P&L, and cost control
- Comfortable with startup challenges—flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
- Passionate about food, customer experience, and team development
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- [Optional: Background in Filipino cuisine, café operations, or fusion concepts is a plus]
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
