The Store Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations of a single store and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and product quality, demonstrating leadership and good judgment, administering sound personnel and functional management practices to ensure profitability, providing training and development, and ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure to meet daily and monthly sales target.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper equipment maintenance, attractive product presentation, excellent customer service, and handle complaints professionally while reporting significant issues to the Area Manager.
- Manage costs for goods, labor, utilities, and supplies, oversee inventory and ordering systems, monitor the budget for profitability.
- Prepare financials such as P&L, category sales, waste and gross margin in order to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions and cash handling, complete cash reports and daily deposits, provide change, train staff on these tasks, and handle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven working experience in the restaurant industry. Managerial experience preferred
- Pleasant personality with the ability to converse fluently.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Excellent knowledge in Profit and Loss.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage others.
- Genuine desire to serve the needs of the customers with a strong personal responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction.
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
- Ability to create an inviting and comfortable experience for the guests yet be professional and command respect from staff.
Note: Successful candidate will be assigned in Kenny Rogers Silang Branch (franchise)
