Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, support the front-of-house team, and help maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service that meets customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff performance to maintain service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with scheduling and delegating tasks to team members.
- Support in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management for operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or management training is a plus.
