PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The Restaurant Supervisor is fully responsible in managing and controlling the day to day operations for the outlet. He / She also maximizes revenue to achieve the budget of the outlet and maintaining the highest service standard to guests and patrons.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- thorough knowledge of all sections of kitchen
- knowledge of volume production and ability to maintain the highest quality standards
- capable of managing group of employees
- good communication skills
- must be creative and resourceful.
- knowledge on finance and admin-related reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- College Graduate: Hospitality Management or equivalent Management Course
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
