Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensures accurate preparation of proposals, contracts, memos and minutes of the meeting.
- Ensures accurate preparation of Broadcast Contract.
- Ensure accurate preparation of Temporary Implementation Order.
- Ensure accurate implementation of commercial placements.
- Ensure accurate preparation of Sales & Marketing budgets.
- Ensure that all Sales & Marketing events requirements are served.
- Effectively assist superiors during meetings or presentations to clients.
- Effectively organizes immediate superiors appointment and activities.
- Ensures accurate recording and submission of Account Executive itinerary.
- Ensure accurate and punctual submission of required/assigned reports.
- Ensure filing of all related documents/files.
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course.
2. Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Admin Assistant.
3. Computer literate (MS Office).
4. Good communication and coordination skills, keen to details, and organized.
