Sales Admin Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dealer Sales Admin to assist our Dealer Sales Manager. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organizational and reporting skills, and an interest in supporting sales activities within the retail sector. You will work closely with the Dealer Sales Manager, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with our retail partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Dealer Sales Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain and update dealer information and sales data.
- Support the Dealer Sales Manager in coordinating with retail partners.
- Assist in the tracking of sales performance and inventory levels.
- Handle routine customer inquiries and provide basic product information as needed.
- Support the organization of promotional activities and dealer events.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Dealer Sales team.
- Coordinate After-sales / Warranty support coordination between the customer and internal RMA / Warranty team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of professional experience (relevant internships or part-time roles are a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work2 independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with occasional customer interaction

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
