- Accurately inputting customer, sales, service, inventory, and vehicle information into the DMS.
- Updating, organizing, and maintaining existing records within the DMS to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Scanning, filing, sorting, and managing both physical and electronic records related to the DMS.
- Verifying data to identify and correct any errors.
- Working with other departments, i.e., sales and service, to receive and verify data when needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and records handled through the DMS.
- Assist employees in the allocation of units and preparation of gate pass/gas slips.
Qualifications*
- Graduate of any business course.
- Typing proficiency of 40-50 words per minute.
- Well-versed in computer operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
