We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support our broker channel in the sales of residential properties. The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in managing broker communications, assisting in training sessions, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating events to help brokers succeed in selling our residential units. This position is ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn about the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Support & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for broker inquiries, providing prompt responses and support.
- Maintain updated contact information for all brokers and distribute relevant materials, announcements, and product information.
Marketing Collateral Preparation:
- Assist in creating, organizing, and distributing marketing materials for brokers, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Ensure that brokers have access to updated product information, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6mos to 1 year of experience in a marketing support role, preferably in the real estate industry or sales.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with real estate broker networks and sales processes.
- Prior experience in supporting sales teams social media marketing and lead generation is an advantage.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
