Job Description:
1. Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
2. Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
3. Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers’ needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand
4. Adhere to all established policies and procedures
5. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
6. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
7. Minimize loss in both the stockroom and the sales floor
8. Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner
9. Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job
10. Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance

12. Managing inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked, and maintaining product displays
13. Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise, and assist in receiving deliveries
14. Ensures products are properly labeled, checking for damaged goods, and keeping the store tidy
15. Other tasks that may be assigned by Retail Operation Department from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php11,000.00 - Php12,062.00 per month
