As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selection, answering questions, and completing sales transactions. You will play a key role in representing our brand and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
● Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required. (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Basic math skills for processing transactions.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
