The Sales & Cargo Associate is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s sales presence in the Tagbilaran area while overseeing cargo operations to ensure smooth and timely service. This role requires a mature, reliable, and proactive individual capable of independently handling the area’s sales targets and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell cargo services within the Tagbilaran area.
- Coordinate and oversee cargo handling, including receiving, processing, and dispatching shipments.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, cargo documentation, and operational updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities in the area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in sales and/or logistics operations.
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Tagbilaran and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Working Conditions:
- Fieldwork within the Tagbilaran area.
- May require flexible working hours based on operational needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php11,180.00 - Php13,780.00 per month
