What you’ll do:
- Identify specific coaching opportunities for individual Sales Agents through call evaluations, reviewing performance trends and consultations with Sales Leadership.
- Develop and execute tailored coaching plans by identifying opportunities and prescribing tactics to improve performance.
- Partner with the Training team to support and develop new agents by reinforcing our sales process, best practices, facilitating group calibrations, live listening and 1:1 coaching.
- Document and communicate progress to all appropriate stakeholders at each phase of the coaching cycle.
- Calibrate with Sales Leadership, Training, Call Quality and other Sales Coaches to align on sales best practices and sales process.
- Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert on products, systems, policies and sales process.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of diplomacy.
- Ability to effectively consult, build relationships, and work collaboratively with different departments across sites and management levels.
- High degree of organization, detail-oriented and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and deliver feedback effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt rapidly to change and successfully manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated passion and knowledge about adult learning principles.
- A clear understanding of what vital behaviors drive sales performance.
- Hands-on experience creating coaching plans and execution.
