JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Sales Executive in producing the Sales Quotation and other documentations.
- Coordinates with the Engineering regarding the QTO from the Sales Executive requests
- Coordinate to the Warehouse for inventory purposes
- Prepare, monitor, and collate Sales Report, Forecast and Closed Contract of Sales Executives
- Monitor the commission of the Sales Team
- Coordinate the inquiries from email, calls, clients, and leads
- Communicating/Telemarketing thru phone call to potential clients
- Document controller of Sales Contracts, SO and CO for Sales Executives
- In charge to the petty cash, liquidation, Reimbursement and Request for Payment for Sales Department
- Report to the Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager and Managing Director if there are concerns from Sales Executive and Sales Department
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree of any Business related course
- Basic computer knowledge along with commonly used computer software's such as Microsoft applications is required.
- Good communication skills
- Must be good with numbers may be required to do basic computations
- Must have experience working as Sales Coordinator/ Sales Admin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
