Job Description & Qualification:
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or any relevant course
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- with background experience in Automation Industry at least 1 year and above.
