Job description

· Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

· Formulate and implement the business vision, strategies, objectives, policies plus management priorities and action plans. Deliver business results with respect to the objectives, investment decisions and management priorities.

· Negotiate and close agreements with key customers

· Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

· Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports on market conditions and sales performance.

· Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

· Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

· Work closely with Marketing Department to form and implement Marketing strategies and plan relevant Sales and Marketing Events

· Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Communicate this knowledge effectively to clients and prospects.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines. Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required by management.

· Assist with special projects or initiatives related to sales, marketing, or customer service.

· Support and collaborate with team members on various cross-functional projects or company-wide goals.

· This role will also involve handling various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Experienced in Food and Beverage industry highly preferred

· Knowledge in Netsuite or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus but not preferred.
