- Conducts regular meeting with the sales team.
- Reviews and submits Sales Targets to Business Manager.
- Generate and submits the monthly sales calendar to Business Manager.
- Cascades the approved monthly sales calendar to Sales Team for implementation.
- Regularly review the sales prospects monitoring system and require immediate action if necessary.
- Ensures that all transactions with banks and financing institutions are in accordance with the set standards of the company.
- Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.
- Writes proposals for new business, participates in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned.
- Assists in conducting one-on-one coaching/mentoring to sales executive/s.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least 8 years of work experience in the related field.
- Has excellent organization, planning and problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Able to present information and address business concerns of the management team and customers.
- Possesses at least a valid non-professional driver’s license.
