Job Overview
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve dealership targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure business growth. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, developing strategies to increase revenue, and maintaining strong customer and team relationships aligned with Ford’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the customer journey from inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive showroom traffic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and Ford’s brand requirements.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, set goals, and motivate a team.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles, features, and automotive industry trends is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
