Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our membership sales team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive new member acquisition, and foster a positive team environment to exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed membership sales targets.
- Drive new member acquisition through lead generation, community outreach, and corporate partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvements.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere that promotes member engagement and retention.
- Handle member inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and community events.
- Manage social media engagement to promote memberships.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales principles.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience with CRM and gym management systems.
- Established local network and community connections.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
