Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to meet revenue targets and occupancy goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, etc.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential guests.
- Meeting with potential customers to promote the hotel’s services.
- Consistently meet occupancy quota.
- Collaborate with the management to develop pricing strategies and packages to maximize profitability.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
