TOYOKO INN CEBU is looking for SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to meet revenue targets and occupancy goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, etc.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential guests.
• Meeting with potential customers to promote the hotel’s services.
• Consistently meet occupancy quota.
• Collaborate with the management to develop pricing strategies and packages to maximize profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
