Job Description:
- Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Hire, monitor, train and coach sales representative.
- Understand and stay updated about local, state and federal legislation.
- Establish standards for marketing and advertising.
- Analyze customer satisfaction reports.
- Build relationships.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Atleast 3 years experience as Sales Manager
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to Build relationships
- Teamwork
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
