SALES OPERATIONS INTERN
The Sales Operations Intern will support the Sales & Customer Care Services (CCS) Department by assisting in day-to-day sales activities, lead management, customer engagement, and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in CRM systems, social media monitoring, data entry, and digital sales tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and manage multiple Facebook pages, respond to inquiries, and escalate complex messages as needed.
- Assist in data entry, lead sheet updates, and client information verification.
- Support the sales team in organizing and maintaining calling sheets and follow-up schedule.
- Track and update task statuses using ASANA; flag urgent items for team attention.
- Conduct basic market research and build lead lists based on criteria.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, meeting coordination, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on social media response support and alignment activities.
- Maintain regular communication with team members for real-time coordination
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a program in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
