The Sales Relations Officer (SRO) is responsible for achieving individual loan targets by building strong relationships with MSMEs, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring quality documentation and account compliance within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies targeting MSMEs and meet assigned monthly targets.
- Generate leads through local marketing efforts, referrals, and organic channels.
- Handle end-to-end client servicing, including loan cycle support and customer retention.
- Conduct product presentations and explain loan offerings to potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies through proper creditworthiness assessments.
- Prepare and submit accurate Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and related reports.
- Conduct site visits, interviews and in-depth credit investigations.
- Maintain zero tolerance for fake borrowers and fraudulent documentation.
- Strive for a 1-day turn around time (TAT) for processing loan applications.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any course, business or finance is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive client experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
