Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in poultry, meat products, or FMCG.
- Strong background in managing modern trade accounts and field sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willing to travel and work on flexible schedules as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Van Sales Specialists and Live Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen partnerships with modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, grocery chains, and key retail partners).
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including route planning, product allocation, and timely delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability, quality, and promotional activities.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations.
