Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and supporting the growth and development of the sales department. This role involves guiding and mentoring sales specialist, managing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Sales Supervisor also plays a crucial role in coordinating with other departments to optimize the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support sales specialist in achieving their targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
- Assist in developing training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Meet or exceed personal monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring continued business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and recommendations for process improvement.
Job Qualification:
- Any 4-year course.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales goals.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Monday to Friday

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
