We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Offcie location is in Ballistics Gunclub Inc, along Diversion Road ,Davao City (After Crossing Maa, going to Gap Farm)
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents and reports
- Assist in daily office operations and support the management team
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a related administrative role is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily rate of ₱510
- Government-mandated benefits
