Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Secretary/Japanese Interpreter who will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing accurate Japanese–English interpretation and translation for meetings, documents, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide interpretation (Japanese ↔ English) during meetings, calls, and events.
- Translate documents, emails, and reports as needed.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials.
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Translation, Interpreting, Linguistics, or a related field Interview Questions.
- Proficiency in Japanese (at least N2) and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
