We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Architect who can design, scale, and optimize complex systems while driving innovation within our growing technology team.

Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure Design and Management
- Architect and implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Manage multi-cloud/hybrid architectures with high availability and disaster recovery.
- Enforce Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards..
- CI/CD Automation and DevOps Practices
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Integrate automated security, performance, and compliance checks.
- Apply GitOps principles for infrastructure and application management.
- API, Web Applications, and Microservices Management
- Develop and maintain APIs, web apps, and microservices for scalability and security.
- Implement API authentication/security (OAuth, JWT, API gateways).
- Optimize system performance and address bottlenecks.
- Observability, Monitoring, and Incident Management
- Implement end-to-end observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk, etc.
- Establish logging, monitoring, and incident response protocols.
- Conduct chaos engineering exercises to validate resilience.
- Disaster Recovery and Performance Optimisation
- Create and test DR plans to ensure rapid failover.
- Optimize infrastructure for scalability, cost efficiency, and SLA compliance.
- Technical Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
- Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and API references.
- Share knowledge through workshops and team sessions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in software, systems, or infrastructure engineering.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, including networking, storage, and security.
- Infrastructure-as-Code: Proficient with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Skilled in Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
- API Development: Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Monitoring Tools: Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd).
- Knowledge of serverless/cloud-native app development.
- Familiarity with policy-as-code tools (OPA, HashiCorp Sentinel).
- Exposure to GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
