About the Role:
- Produce designs that follow C&W’s brand and campaign guidelines, occasionally incorporating creative interpretations for specific projects.
Ensure all outputs consistently reflect the C&W brand identity, consulting with leadership when introducing unique elements
- Lead assigned campaigns from concept to delivery, collaborating with key stakeholders and serving as the brand ambassador throughout the process
- Manage and support CDEs, oversee ongoing projects, and take leadership responsibility in the absence of the Creative Manager
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media, or related field
- 6–8 years of design experience, including brand and bid/tender design
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- Proactive, flexible, and professional attitude with a global mindset
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
