Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our automotive team. The Service Advisor will act as the main link between customers and the service department, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate job orders, and efficient coordination of repair and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with service inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate automotive services.
- Prepare and explain repair orders, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow up with clients.
- Promote additional services and maintenance when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any automotive or business-related course.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, service systems, or similar software).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
