BARISTA (SERVICE CREW)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The barista's primary responsibilities are preparing and serving hot or cold beverages that meet the highest quality and consistent standard operating procedure and maintaining the cleanliness of our store.
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Senior High School Grad, High School Grad (Old Curriculum), College Level, College Grad
- With or without working experience as long as willing to be trained.
- Capacity to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
