What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during your assigned shift
- Ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Providing training and development opportunities for your team
- Maintaining accurate records of shift activities, including sales, labor, and incident reports
- Collaborating with the General Manager to implement and uphold company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
