Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Plaridel Bulacan, Bypass Rd, Manly Town Center
Work Schedule: Must be flexible; includes weekends and holidays
Job Summary:
The Shift Supervisor will support upper management and supervisors in daily operations, gain practical experience in restaurant/food service management, and develop the necessary skills for a leadership role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks within designated deadlines
- Attend and document staff meetings; prepare minutes as needed
- Supervise and evaluate employee performance under guidance
- Assist in preparing daily operational and performance reports
- Help implement new policies and operational procedures
- Support in onboarding and training of new staff
- Monitor and ensure customer service quality and team productivity
