Job Overview
We are looking for a Showroom Sales Associate with a flair for design and a passion for customer service to join our team in BGC. This role involves presenting high-end furniture collections to walk-in clients, coordinating closely with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless sales and after-sales experience. Ideal for individuals with a background in interior design, architecture, or customer-facing roles in the lifestyle or design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in clients, designers, and architects by showcasing collections and presenting product features
- Coordinate with logistics, design, and admin teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Prepare sales documentation and follow through on pending orders and agent requests
- Provide on-site after-sales support in coordination with foremen and project managers
- Conduct regular fieldwork to generate leads and build a client base
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing reports and supporting daily showroom operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or design-related roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Filipino)
- Presentable, client-facing, and professional demeanor
- Willing to work on-site in BGC and conduct off-site client visits when needed
