The Social Media Content Creation Trainer develops engaging, brand-aligned content for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, while training the Sales Network on strategies to boost online presence and lead generation. The role ensures content relevance, tracks performance, and collaborates across teams to maintain brand consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Strategizes and develops relevant sales leads generation content that aims to educate, entertain, and inform our clients on our products and services
- Social platforms include but may not be limited to the following: Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Follows brand guidelines as communicated by Marketing and Communications departments
- Collaborates with other teams like marketing and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Researches industry-related topics and monitors current events that may be relevant for content creation
- Be knowledgeable on current market trends and target audience preferences
- Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Creates strategies on how to increase engagement in social media and to actively communicate to followers
- Gathers analytical data from social media to measure effectiveness of content initiatives
- Suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions
- Educates and trains Sales Network on proposed strategies to maximize presence on social media platforms
- May work together with Sales Video Trainer in creation of multimedia materials for training purposes
What You Need To Have
- At least 6 months of experience in content creation, social media management, or any related fields
- Having existing followers on own social media page is preferred
- Has excellent experience in copywriting/script writing
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Competencies and Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge on video editing platforms
- Knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Publisher is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an eye for detail/quality
What Can Set You Apart

- Proficient command of Bisaya or any other Philippine language/dialect is a plus
- Willingness to travel across Mindanao
