We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Manager who’s creative, results-driven, and ready to handle multiple brands at once (because #AgencyLife). If you love creating content, scrolling TikTok for “research”, and making brands look ✨aesthetic✨ online, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with client goals
- Manage multiple client pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create and curate content — posts, reels, captions (yes, memes count if on brand)
- Do light edits for reels/short videos using CapCut (don’t worry, no full-time editing grind)
- Collaborate with the creative team for graphics, photos, and videos
- Monitor performance, provide regular analytics reports, and optimize strategies
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated on platform trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of social media management experience (agency background preferred)
- Strong portfolio showing multi-client or multi-brand management
- Proficient in Canva, scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite) and CapCut
- Ability to edit reels and short-form videos (basic to minimal editing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative thinker with an eye for branding and detail
- Must have a personal laptop/PC and stable internet connection
- Must not have any active clients – this is a dedicated full-time role
- Preferably based in Metro Manila

- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 1 0AM - 7PM or 11AM - 8PM (8-hour shift)
- Location: Permanent Work From Home (Metro Manila preferred)
- Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay, performance incentives
