- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, Communications, Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in stakeholder relations, regulatory affairs, or community relations, preferably in mining, energy, or heavy industries.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management, corporate communications, or public relations.
- The Stakeholders, Regulatory, and Social Media Manager is responsible for managing relationships with government agencies, local government units (LGUs), host communities, indigenous peoples, and other external partners to ensure smooth mining operations and regulatory compliance. The role also oversees the company’s public communication strategy through social media and other online platforms, ensuring that the company’s image, transparency, and community engagement are effectively managed both offline and online.
