What you'll be doing
- Manage and supervise the spa team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and operational plans to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor and analyse spa performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facilities, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Manage the spa's inventory, procurement, and financial operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the spa team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the spa and wellness industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a exceptional guest experience
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Proficiency in using spa management software and other relevant technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the spa and wellness industry and a commitment to continuous learning and development
