Job requirements:
1 . Education: College degree or above, major in marketing, sports, management, media, etc. is preferred.
2. Language requirement: Good spoken and written English.
3. Candidates with more than 1 year of relevant work experience in event operation and management, understanding of mainstream sports event operation regulations, and experience in planning and managing major sports events are preferred.
4. Proficient in using computer, Office and other work software, WhatsApp and Facebook groups and other social tools.
5. Outgoing personality, good at organizing/communicating/negotiating, with the ability to control the situation, and the ability to judge emergencies.
6. Love expression and sports, able to communicate and cheer with players and audiences, and occasionally "heat up" the field.
7. Have a sense of community: Knowledge of court culture or college basketball festivals, with experience in cybertribe operations in sports preferred.
8. Those who have participated in or organized local basketball communities or events in the Philippines (such as the Barangay League) are preferred.
9. Familiarity with Philippines social media hotspots and basketball culture is preferred. Direct resources such as basketball associations, offline basketball organizations, and basketball experts are preferred.
10. Experience in sports media and a sports We Media account are preferred.
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and executing offline grassroots basketball games, and coordinate the overall execution of offline event activities (venue docking, material procurement, player scheduling, game rhythm).
2. Maintain the order of the game and coordinate the entry time of the referee, the audience and the players.
3. Assist the video director to complete the on-site content and control the rhythm (create emotional points, conflict points, climax points).
4. Keep in touch with the local community: player recruitment, training notifications, and communication with cooperative venues.
5. Develop, excavate, and connect with grassroots resources such as local players, talents, and venue managers.
6. Establish and maintain a player database and player community.
7. Organize online and offline community activities and interaction mechanisms.
8. Assist in building the Philippines KOL "grassroots star" system.
9. Manage the registration system and the player check-in process.
10. Handle emergencies.
11. Data recording (score, ranking, promotion).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
