The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Ensures that all submitted documents for validation by all providers are on-time, complete and intact.
- Validates all document and cross checks the run sheets and DTRs submitted by all providers from the maintained monitoring trackers by Vehicle Resource Monitoring team
- Coordinates all billing disputes with the providers’ coordinators
- Assists all provider's coordinators for any documents for pull out
- Ensures that all receipts for reimbursement are complete and tallied with the billing summary
- Monitors and checks if receipts for fuel reimbursement are aligned with the fuel allocation matrix approved by Shopee management
- Performs duties and task assigned by the reporting lead
