Responsibilities:
- Handles prepaids, cash, fixed assets, accruals and other key accounts
- Supports month-end and year-end close processes and ensures timely execution of responsibilities
- Prepares monthly financial statements, detailed account analyses and accounting reports
- Supports internal and external audit processes
- Ensures the accuracy of financials through detailed analysis
- Executes balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts
- Coordinates accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions
- Actively participates on or leads project teams to improve accounting processes and procedures. Recommends enhancements and documents the improvements as necessary
- Communicates with manager and/or director on work status and other issues that arise
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- 3-5yrs experience in General Accounting
- Netsuite experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule and during PH holidays.
- Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
