-Physically fit for lifting and organizing stock.

Receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, including raw materials and finished products.
Checking deliveries for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation.
Keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages.
Ensuring proper labeling and storage of materials according to company and regulatory guidelines.
