DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash management and financial reporting.
- Sales and Customer Service:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service and sales techniques.
Staff Management:Marketing and Merchandising:Financial Management:Compliance and Safety:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute store-specific campaigns.
- Monitor and manage store budget and expenses.
- Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular store audits and address any issues promptly.
- Implement loss prevention measures and manage shrinkage
- Willing to assigned in Gashapon Bandai SM Cebu or Ayala Malls Cebu

Pay: Php501.00 - Php795.00 per day
