JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Store Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the retail store(s) under their supervision. They are tasked with managing various aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, staff supervision, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to replenish stock in a timely manner.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory turnover.
Customer Service:
- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high standards of service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff members.
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to improve staff performance and skills.
Store Maintenance and Presentation:
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the store.
- Monitor store fixtures, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and in working order.
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product display and maximize sales.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor adherence to relevant regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address compliance issues.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and manage the store budget in collaboration with senior management.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain open communication channels with store staff, management, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and purchasing, to coordinate promotions, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on store operations and performance.

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
